(d) That New Zealand Forest Products Ltd. does not permit any of the bonds to be offered for sale or sold in New Zealand except where it is a condition of the offer or sale that the consideration for the bonds shall be paid only from foreign currency (as defined in section 28 of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand Act 1964) not being foreign currency acquired with New Zealand currency for the purpose of purchasing the bonds.

  1. Nothing in this notice shall limit or affect the operation of the Exchange Control Regulations 1978.

Closing of a Girls Home

PURSUANT to section 71 of the Children and Young Persons Act 1974, the Minister of Social Welfare hereby notifies that the premises situated as listed in the Schedule below no longer constitute an institution within the meaning of the said Act, and shall no longer be known by the name shown in the Schedule.

The Traffic (Lower Hutt City) Notice No. 1, 1980

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962*, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Lower Hutt City) Notice No. 1, 1980.

The roads specified in the Schedule hereto are hereby excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

The Traffic (Lower Hutt City) Notice No. 1, 1972, dated the 25th day of October 1972†, issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, is hereby revoked.

SCHEDULE

SITUATED within Lower Hutt City:

Gracefield Road: from a point 490 metres measured north-easterly, generally, along the said road from Bell Road to Wainuiomata Road.

Wainuiomata Road: from a point 100 metres measured southerly, generally, along the said road from Rishworth Street to the southern boundary of Lower Hutt City.

Approval of Motor Cycle Riding School

PURSUANT to regulation 19b (5) of the Motor Drivers Regulations 1964*, the Minister of Transport hereby approves the motor cycle riding school listed in the Schedule hereto to the effect that it may issue certificates of riding instruction to enable a person to obtain a full licence to drive a motor cycle in accordance with regulation 19b of the said regulations:

The Traffic (Wellington City) Notice No. 1, 1980

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Wellington City) Notice No. 1, 1980.

The road specified in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a 70 kilometres an hour speed limit area, pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976*.

SCHEDULE

SITUATED within Wellington City at Grenada North:

Jamaica Drive: from its intersection with Takapu Road to a point 50 metres measured northerly, generally, from Nassau Avenue.
