Land Proclaimed as Road and Land Taken in Block III, Hamilton Survey District, Waikato County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and hereby takes the land described in the Second Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29, which land shall vest in the Waikato County Council.

Amending a Notice Declaring Land Acquired for a Government Work and Not Required for That Purpose to be Crown Land in the City of Invercargill

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 9th day of June 1980, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 19 June 1980, No. 68, p. 1802, declaring land acquired for a Government work and not required for that purpose to be Crown land in the City of Invercargill, pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, by changing the registration number of the Gazette notice in the Schedule from “034902” to “265319”.

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 23rd day of January 1980, published in the Gazette, 7 February 1980, No. 7, at page 255, setting apart land held for a roadman’s paddock for road in Block III, Rotorua Survey District, Rotorua District, by omitting the piece of land being part Section 7, Block III, Rotorua Survey District, containing 10.2 perches, firstly described in the Schedule thereto.
