Declaring Limited Access Road in Block VI, Waitapu Survey District, Golden Bay County, to be a Government Road and to be Stopped

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby:

(a) Declares the pieces of limited access road described in the Schedule hereto to be a Government road; and

(b) Stops the said road.

SCHEDULE
NELSON LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of limited access road situated in Block VI, Waitapu Survey District, Golden Bay County, described as follows:

Land Proclaimed as Road and Road Closed and Incorporated in an Adjoining Crown Lease in Block VIII, Cape Campbell Survey District, Marlborough County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Marlborough County Council, and hereby proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed, and shall when so closed, be incorporated into Renewable Lease of Farm Land RLF 152, recorded in Register Book, Volume 52, folio 6, Marlborough Land Registry, held from Her Majesty the Queen by James Forsyth and John Joseph Forsyth, both farmers of Ward, as tenants in common in equal shares.
