Declaring Land Taken for Road and for the Use, Convenience,
or Enjoyment of a Road in Block IV, Waipu Survey District,
Whangarei County

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a
sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into,
the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken
for road, and the land described in the Second Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment
of a road, which land shall vest in the Whangarei County
Council, from and after the 25th day of September 1980.

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a
sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into,
the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule
hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Norman Henry
Waterhouse, farmer, and Alleen Sylvia Waterhouse, married
woman, both of Rai Valley, and by virtue of renewable
lease of farm land No. RLF 188, is hereby taken for road
from and after the 25th day of September 1980.
