Notwithstanding any other provision of this notice, no person who is permitted by any such provision to propel or navigate a small craft at a speed through the water exceeding 5 knots shall do so in any manner that is likely to endanger or unduly annoy any person who is in, on, or using the water, or fishing or undertaking and recreational activity in the vicinity of the small craft.

All persons in charge of a vessel shall adhere to and keep the provisions of all Acts and regulations not specifically exempted by this notice.

A suitable notice as may be approved by the Regional Marine Officer, Ministry of Transport, Wellington, shall be erected at the sites deemed necessary by the Regional Marine Officer.

Notice of Approval of Bylaws
PURSUANT to section 165 of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Robin Paul Taylor, of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby approve The Kapiti Borough Beach, Foreshore, and Public Reserves Bylaw, made by the Kapiti Borough Council and passed and adopted at the meetings of the said Council held on 9th day of June 1980 and on the 30th day of July 1980 respectively.

Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at Licensed Premises—Hurunui Licensing Committee
PURSUANT to section 221A of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, as amended by section 22 (14) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, John Fraser Robertson, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Hurunui Licensing Committee, on 16 July 1980, made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the licensed premises known as the Great Northern Tavern.
To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public, the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:
(a) On any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (not being Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve)—Opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 10 o'clock in the evening.
(b) On any Friday, Saturday, and Christmas Eve—Opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 11 o'clock in the evening.
(c) On any New Year's Eve—Opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 00.30 o'clock in the morning of New Year's Day.

PURSUANT to section 34B (10) of the Licensing Trusts Act 1949, as amended by section 14 of the Licensing Trusts Amendment Act 1976, I, John Fraser Robertson, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Hurunui Licensing Committee, on 16 July 1980, made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the licensed premises known as the Chevrolet Licensing Trust.
To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public, the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:
(a) On any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday—Opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 10 o'clock in the evening.
(b) On any Saturday—Opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 11 o'clock in the evening.

PURSUANT to section 221A of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, as amended by section 22 (14) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, John Fraser Robertson, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Southland Licensing Committee, on 30 June 1980, made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the licensed premises known as the Manapouri Motor Inn.
To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public, the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:
During the period 21 February to 19 December inclusive.
(a) On any Friday—Opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 11 o'clock in the evening.
(b) On any Friday, Saturday (not being New Year's Eve), and Christmas Eve—Opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 11 o'clock in the evening.

PURSUANT to section 221A of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, as amended by section 22 (14) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, John Fraser Robertson, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Taranaki Licensing Committee, on 20 June 1980, made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the licensed premises known as the D.B. Rahotu Tavern, Rahotu.
To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public, the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:
During the period 1 April to 31 October inclusive.
(a) On any Monday and Tuesday—Opening at 9 o'clock in the morning and closing at 8 o'clock in the evening.
(b) On any Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday—Opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 10 o'clock in the evening.
(c) On any Saturday—Opening at 10 o'clock in the morning and closing at 10 o'clock in the evening.
During the period 1 November to 31 March inclusive.
(a) On any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday—Opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 10 o'clock in the evening.
(b) On any Saturday—Opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 11 o'clock in the evening.
(c) On any Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve—Opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 11 o'clock in the evening.
