Crown Land to be Set Apart for State Housing Purposes in the City of Auckland

PURSUANT to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares the land, described in the Schedule hereto, to be set apart for State housing purposes, from and after the 4th day of September 1980.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 210 square metres, situated in the City of Auckland, and being Section 807, Town of Orakei; as shown on plan S.O. 53256, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland.

Declaring Land and Easements Over Land Taken for Water Works in the City of Manukau

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for water works and shall vest in the Auckland Regional Authority, and a right of way easement appurtenant to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto for water works, vesting in the Auckland Regional Authority the rights contained in paragraphs 1, 2, and 3 of the Seventh Schedule to the Land Transfer Act 1952, from and after the 4th day of September 1980.
