PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Michael Henry Gibson of Cronadun, farmer, and Lorna Montgomerie Gibson of Cronadun, his wife, under and by virtue of a Crown lease in perpetuity, recorded in leasehold certificate of title, Volume 33, folio 157, Nelson Land Registry, is hereby taken for the purposes of a road, from and after this 4th day of September 1980.

Road Closed and Taken for the Purposes of the Electric Power Boards Act 1925 (Substation), in Block VII, Mangahao Survey District, Pahiatua County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Schedule hereto and, further, pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the closed road is hereby taken for the purposes of the Electric Power Boards Act, 1925 (substation) and shall vest in the Tararua Electric Power Board from and after the 4th day of September 1980.
