PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, and section 12 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, together with the right to use the shore of Kawau Island between high and low water marks for the purpose of landing, passing, and repassing, and subject to the mining easement created by transfer 62645, North Auckland Land Registry for a recreation reserve, from and after the 4th day of September 1980.
