NOTICE is hereby given by direction of the Minister of Agriculture that, pursuant to section 4 (2) (a) of the Wool Industry Act 1977, His Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to reappoint:

John Bruce Chrystall, farmer, Onga Onga (as a wool growers representative)

as a director of the New Zealand Wool Board for a 3-year term from 1 September 1980.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Maori Wardens named in the Schedule hereto have resigned or are deceased, and their appointments are therefore cancelled, pursuant to subsection (4) of section 7 of the Maori Community Development Act 1962, as substituted by section 14 of the Maori Purposes Act 1975.

Declaring Land Taken for Housing Purposes in the City of Wellington

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to building line restriction created by Order in Council No. 358, and subject to grant of right to transmit electrical energy created by transfer 350575 for housing purposes, and shall vest in the Wellington City Council from and after the 4th day of September 1980.

Declaring Land and Easement Over Land Taken, Subject to a Mining Easement, for Rubbish Disposal in Block VI, Kawaui Survey District, Rodney County

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the mining easement created by transfer 62645, for rubbish disposal and shall vest in the Rodney County Council (hereinafter referred to as “the Grantee”) and that an easement appurtenant to the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken over and along the land described in the Second Schedule hereto vesting in the Grantee in perpetuity the full free uninterrupted and unrestricted right, liberty, and privilege for the Grantee, its servants, tenants, agents, workmen, licensees, and invitees, from time to time and at all times by day and by night to go pass and repass with or without horses and domestic animals of any kind and with or without carriages, vehicles, motor-vehicles, machinery, and implements of any kind, from and after the 4th day of September 1980.
