Maori Land Development Notice
Pursuant to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori Land Board hereby gives notice as follows:
Notice

This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Whangarei 1980, No. 27.

The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby amended by omitting all reference to the lands described in the Second Schedule hereto.

The lands described in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby released from part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

Pursuant to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a cemetery for the common use and benefit of the Ehu family and the people of New Zealand generally.

Exemption of Certain Motor Vehicles From the Requirements Relating to Auxiliary Headlamps
Notice
Pursuant to subclause (1) of regulation 90 of the Traffic Regulations 1976*, the Secretary for Transport hereby exempts those vehicles specified in the Schedule hereto from the requirement in paragraph (a) of regulation 65 of the said regulations, that any auxiliary headlamps fitted to such vehicles be electrically connected so that they cannot be used while headlamps are in use, provided that any auxiliary headlamps so fitted shall be electrically connected so that they can only be used either when the headlamps are not in use or when the headlamps are in the dipped position.

Any motor vehicle which was first registered between the 1st day of February 1977 and the 31st day of March 1980.

Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at Licensed Premises—Wellington Licensing Committee
Pursuant to section 221A of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, as amended by section 22 (14) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, John Fraser Robertson, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Wellington Licensing Committee, on 25 June 1980, made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the licensed premises known as the Olympic Hotel, Naenae.
