National Roads Board—Notice Partially Revoking Declaration of State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

REFERRING to State Highway No. 3A Waitara to Inglewood section, as more particularly shown on sheet 1 of plan LA42/50/3, and accompanying Schedule, held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, New Plymouth, and there available for public inspection; it is notified that the National Roads Board by resolution dated 20 August 1980, and pursuant to subsection 5 of section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby revokes its resolution dated 16 July 1980*, made pursuant to the said section 4 insofar as it affects that part of the limited access road declaration for its full width commencing at the junction of the southern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 7808 (certificate of title 225/8) and the State highway and extending northwards for 450 metres across the frontage of the said Lot 1, part section 94, Lots 4 and 5, D.P. 5756.

REFERRING to State Highway No. 49 Waitaki stream to Waiouru section, as more particularly shown on sheet 1 of plan LA43/102/5, and accompanying Schedule, held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Wanganui, and there available for public inspection; it is notified that the National Roads Board by resolution dated 20 August 1980, and pursuant to subsection 5 of section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby revokes its resolution dated 17 October 1979*, made pursuant to the said section 4 insofar as it affects that part of the limited access road declaration for its full width commencing at the west bank of the Tokiahuru Stream and extending westwards for 60 metres across the frontage of part Rangiwaeu, 4F 11A, Block X, Karioi S.D. (certificate of title 391/235).

Authorisation of the Exchange of Part of a Reserve for Other Land

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby authorises the exchange of that part of the reserve for embankment purposes described in the First Schedule hereto, for the land, described in the Second Schedule hereto.
