Appointment of the Minister of Internal Affairs to Control
and Manage a Reserve and Declaration that the Said
Reserve Shall be Subject to the Provisions of the Wildlife
Act 1953

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, the Minister of Lands
hereby appoints the Minister of Internal Affairs to control
and manage the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto,
subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a reserve for
Government purpose (wildlife management), and further,
declares that the said reserve shall be subject to the provisions
of the Wildlife Act 1953.

Fixing the Main Crop Potato Levy (Notice No. 2316, Ag. 1111)

PURSUANT to regulation 5 of the Potato Industry (Main Crop
Levy) Regulations 1980 on the recommendation of the Potato
Growers’ Federation Incorporated, notice is hereby given that
from and inclusive of the 1st day of March 1980, a charge of
one-quarter of 1 percent of the price at which main crop
potatoes are sold by or on behalf of their grower shall be
payable on all main crop potatoes.
