And whereas it appears that doubts may arise as to the privileges and immunities which may be enjoyed by representatives and members of their official staffs attending the said Conference,
Now therefore pursuant to section 11 of the Diplomatic Privileges and Immunities Act 1968, the Minister of Foreign Affairs hereby directs that every representative of the said Governments (other than the Government of New Zealand) and the members of their official staffs attending the said conference shall be accorded the following privileges and immunities:
(a) Every representative of the said Governments (other than the Government of New Zealand) shall be accorded—
(i) The like immunity from jurisdiction and the like inviolability of their official documents as is conferred upon a diplomatic agent by virtue of Part I of the Diplomatic Privileges and Immunities Act 1968; and
(ii) The like exemption from taxes as is conferred upon a diplomatic agent by virtue of Part I of the Diplomatic Privileges and Immunities Act 1968, save that the relief allowed shall not include relief from Customs and excise duties or sales tax except in respect of goods imported as part of their personal baggage.
(b) All the members of the official staff of any such representative shall be accorded—
(i) The like immunity from jurisdiction and the like inviolability of their official documents as is conferred upon members of the diplomatic staff of a diplomatic mission by virtue of Part I of the Diplomatic Privileges and Immunities Act 1968; and
(ii) The like exemption from taxes as is conferred upon members of the diplomatic staff of a diplomatic mission by virtue of Part I of the Diplomatic Privileges and Immunities Act 1968, save that the relief allowed shall not include relief from Customs and excise duties or sales tax except in respect of goods imported as part of their personal baggage.

PURSUANT to section 25 of the Milk Act 1967, the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE
- Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Milk Price Notice 1980, Amendment No. 1, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Milk Price Notice 1980* (hereinafter referred to as the principal notice)
(2) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of March 1980.

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.
N O T I C E
This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Malvern County) Notice No. 1, 1980.
The roads specified in the Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be a closely populated locality for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
The Traffic (Malvern County) Notice No. 1, 1974, dated 15 February 1974*, issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, is hereby revoked.
