Amending a Notice Proclaiming Land as Road in the County of Southland

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 7th day of December 1979, published in New Zealand Gazette, 10 January 1980, No. 1, page 11, proclaiming land as road in Block XII, Greenvale Survey District, Southland County, pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, by omitting the Schedule and substituting the following Schedule.

SCHEDULE
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 578 square metres, being part Section 27, Block XII, Greenvale Survey District; as shown on plan S.O. 18948, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Dunedin, and thereon marked “A”.

Declaring Land Acquired for a Government Work and Not Required for that Purpose to be Crown Land in Mackenzie County

PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948, as from the 14th day of February 1980.

Transfer of Unformed Road in Block I—Clive Survey District—Hawke’s Bay County

PURSUANT to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that the land, described in the Schedule hereto, has been transferred to the Crown by the Hawke’s Bay County Council, pursuant to the said section 323, and as from the date of this notice the said land shall be deemed to be Crown Land subject to the Land Act 1948.
