Declaring Land Taken for Road in Block XXXVII, Taringatura Survey District, Southland County

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and shall vest in the Southland County Council, from and after the 18th day of October 1979.

Amending a Notice Proclaiming Road Closed and Vested in the City of Lower Hutt

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the Notice dated the 3rd day of July 1979 and published in Gazette, 19 July 1979, No. 64, at page 2169, proclaiming road closed and vested in the City of Lower Hutt, by deleting the following words, viz:

“; subject to mortgages No. 310344.2, and No. 264497, Wellington Land Registry and subject to the fencing covenant contained in transfer A049194.”

Amending a Declaration Declaring Road in Block XIII, Motueka Survey District, Waimea County, to be a Government Road and to be Stopped

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the Declaration, dated the 10th day of July 1978, and published in Gazette, 24 August 1978, No. 73, on page 2365; declaring road in Block XIII, Motueka Survey District, Waimea County, to be a Government road and to be stopped by omitting from the Schedule the word “being” and substituting the word “adjoining”.
