Declaring Land Taken for Limited Access Road in Block II, Opotiki Survey District, Opotiki County

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for limited access road, from and after the 18th day of October 1979.

Land Proclaimed as Road and Road Closed and Vested in Block I, Maketu Survey District, Tauranga County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Tauranga County Council; also hereby proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed and shall, when so closed, vest, as to the area of 160 square metres firstly described in the said Second Schedule, in Michael Stafford Steedman, school teacher, and Margaret Joyce Steedman, his wife, both of Dargaville, subject to memoranda of mortgage H.179678.3 and H.179678.2, South Auckland Land Registry, and hereby declares that the areas of 112 square metres and 87 square metres, secondly and thirdly described in the said Second Schedule, shall be dealt with as Crown land under the Land Act 1948.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims that the piece of road firstly described in the Schedule hereto is hereby closed and added to the adjoining land held for State housing purposes by Proclamation H.23/326, South Auckland Land Registry (New Zealand Gazette, 1979, page 1601); and also hereby proclaims that the piece of road secondly described in the Schedule hereto is hereby closed, and declares that such piece of closed road shall be dealt with as Crown land under the Land Act 1948.
