Land Proclaimed as Road in the City of New Plymouth

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the New Plymouth City Council.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Southland County Council, and hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto. The road firstly, secondly, eighthly, ninthly, tenthly, and twelfthly described, when so closed, shall vest in James Willis Paterson the Younger of Hokonui, farmer, subject to mortgages No. 218467, 259919, 000017.1, and 014095.1, the road described thirdly, fourthly, eleventhly, and fourteenthly when so closed, shall vest in T. Day Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Invercargill, subject to mortgages No. 200502, 211245, and 006653.1, the road described fifthly, sixthly, and seventhly, when so closed, shall vest in The Presbyterian Church Property Trustees, a corporate body incorporated under the Presbyterian Church Property Act 1885 and having its registered office at Wellington, subject to mortgage No. 028660.1, and the road described thirteenthly shall be dealt with as Crown land under the Land Act 1948.
