Declaring Land Taken for Waterworks in Block IV, Paekakariki Survey District, Borough of Kapiti

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for waterworks and shall vest in the Wellington Regional Water Board, from and after the 18th day of October 1979.

Declaring Land and an Easement Over Land Taken for Electricity Purposes in the City of Christchurch, Paparua County and Waimairi County

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, sufficient agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for electricity purposes, and the right of way and electricity easements described in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby taken for electricity purposes over the land firstly described in the Third Schedule hereto; and the right of way and electricity easement over the land secondly described therein is hereby taken appurtenant to the land seventhly described in the First Schedule hereto; and that such land and easements shall vest in the Christchurch City Council, from and after the 18th day of October 1979.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Schedule hereto and hereby declares that the road firstly described in the said Schedule hereto when so closed shall vest in Andrew Roderick Reeves of Tolaga Bay, sheepfarmer, as to a ⅓ share, and Prudence Russell Reeves, his wife, as to a ⅓ share, as tenants in common in the said shares, subject to mortgage 125390.1.
