Declaring Land Taken Subject to and Together with Water Rights and Subject to a Drainage Easement for Electricity Purposes in the City of Christchurch

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, sufficient agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby taken subject to and together with as to the land firstly described in the said Schedule the water rights created by transfer 72627, and subject to as to the land secondly described in the said Schedule the drainage easement contained in transfer 42371 for electricity purposes and shall vest in the Christchurch City Council, from and after the 18th day of October 1979.

Declaring Land Taken Subject to an Unregistered Agreement as to Fencing for a Highway Depot in Blocks XI and XII, Uawa Survey District, Cook County

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a highway depot subject to an unregistered agreement as to fencing, dated 17th July 1978, and described in the Second Schedule hereto, between Her Majesty the Queen and the Cook County Council, from and after the 18th day of October 1979.

GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 9600 square metres, being part Paremata 2F19A Block, situated in Blocks XI and XII, Uawa Survey District; as shown on plan S.O. 6945, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Gisborne, and thereon marked ‘A’.

SECOND SCHEDULE
GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT

The Cook County Council shall not be called upon to contribute towards the cost of erection or maintenance of any boundary fence between the land described in the First Schedule hereto and any adjoining land the property of, or occupied by, the said Cook County Council, but this proviso shall not enure to the benefit of any subsequent purchaser of any such adjoining land.
