Proclaiming an Area in the City of Lower Hutt to be a Reclamation Area Under Part II of the Urban Renewal and Housing Improvement Act 1945

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 19 of the Urban Renewal and Housing Improvement Act 1945, I, Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim the parcel of land defined in the Schedule hereto to be a reclamation area under Part II of the said Act; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of October 1979.
SCHEDULE
All that piece of land situated in the City of Lower Hutt and commonly known as No. 51 Wakefield Street, containing 607 square metres, more or less, being Lot 51 on Deposited Plan 1305, part Section 17, Hutt District, and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 329/122 (Wellington Registry).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 2nd day of October 1979.

Adding Land to Urewera National Park

Pursuant to section 10 of the National Parks Act 1952, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, as from the date hereof, be added to and form part of Urewera National Park and shall hereafter be managed, administered and dealt with by the Urewera National Park Board in accordance with the provisions of the said Act.

Catherine Mary Smith, Ensign on probation, with effect 1 February 1979.
William Graham Bustard, Ensign on probation, with effect 28 August 1979, seniority, with effect 7 December 1978.
Lieutenant Donald Carfrae Ruxton appointed Unit Commander TS GAMBIA, with effect 31 August 1979.
