In the notice with the above heading published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 83, 6 September 1979, p. 2635, line 12, for “(Day, the 10th day of November)” read “(Day, which falls on the third Friday following Labour Day)”.

Land Taken for Road in Block XIII, Opoti Survey District, Wairoa County

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of October 1979.
SCHEDULE
HAWKE’S BAY LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XIII, Opoti Survey District, described as follows:

2120 Part Paeroa 2E1C1 Block; marked B on plan.
506 Part Paeroa 2E1A Block; marked A on plan.
As shown on plan S.O. 7286, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Napier, and thereon marked as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 4th day of October 1979.

Declaring Land in the Wellington Land District, Vested in the Wellington Education Board as a Site for a School, to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen
KEITH HOLYOAKE, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Wellington Education Board as a site for a school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT—HOROWHENUA COUNTY
1012 square metres, more or less, being Lot 2, D.P. 10283, situated in Block IV, Mount Robinson Survey District. All C.T. 446/143.

PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Canterbury Education Board as a site for a school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.
