Declaring Land Taken for a Limited Access Road in Block XI, Puniu Survey District, Otorohanga District

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, sufficient agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a limited access road, from and after the 21st day of September 1979.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Schedule hereto and, pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, hereby declares that a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land comprised in the road hereby closed is hereby taken for the North Island Main Trunk Railway, from and after the 21st day of September 1979.
