Declaring Road in Block XI, Puniu Survey District, Otorohanga District, to be a Government Road and to be Stopped

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby:

(a) Declares the piece of road described in the Schedule hereto to be a Government road; and

(b) Stops the said road.

Declaring Road in Blocks VII, VIII and XII, Mimi Survey District, Clifton County, to be Government Road, and to be Stopped and to be Crown Land

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby:

(a) Declares the road described in the First and Second Schedules hereto to be a Government road; and

(b) Stops the said road;

and further, pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, declares the stopped Government road described in the said First Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948, as from the 21st day of September 1979.

Amending a Declaration Taking Land for Road, and a Scheme of Development Being a Work of Both Local and National Importance, Pursuant to an Agreement made under Section 31 of the Finance Act (No. 3) 1944, in the Borough of Cromwell

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the declaration dated the 6th day of July 1979, and published in New Zealand Gazette, No. 67, 26 July 1979, page 2216, declaring land taken for road and a scheme of development being a work of both local and national importance, pursuant to an agreement made under section 31 of the Finance Act (No. 3) 1944, in the Borough of Cromwell, by omitting the area of land described sixthly in the Second Schedule and substituting the following:

Amending a Notice Proclaiming Road Closed in Block I, Waiapu Survey District, and Block XIII, East Cape Survey District, Waiapu County

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 28th day of June 1979, and published in New Zealand Gazette, 19 July 1979, No. 64, at page 2172, proclaiming road closed in Block I, Waiapu Survey District, and Block XIII, East Cape Survey District, Waiapu County, pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, by omitting the words “coloured green on plan S.O. 6332” as they appear in the Schedule as to the description of the area of road containing 29.3 perches (741 square metres) and substituting the words “coloured green on plan S.O. 6331”.

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the declaration dated the 28th day of June 1979, and published in New Zealand Gazette, 19 July 1979, No. 64, at page 2171, declaring land taken for road in Block XIII, East Cape Survey District, Waiapu County, pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, by omitting the words “Part Marangairoa 2E22A Block” as they appear in the Schedule as to the description of the area of land containing 2.9 perches (73 square metres) and substituting the words “Part Marangairoa 2E2A Block”.
