PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the right of way created by transfer S. 43058, South Auckland Land Registry, for better utilisation, from and after the 21st day of September 1979.

Notice of Intention to Take Land in Block VIII, Tokomaru Survey District, Waiapu County, for Road

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928 to take for road the land described in the Schedule hereto, such land having been occupied by road in 1965 during the realignment of State Highway 35; and notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the post office at Tokomaru Bay and is there open for inspection; and that all persons directly affected by the taking of the said land, if they have an objection to the taking of the said land, not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation, make a written objection and send it within 40 days after the first publication of this notice, to the Planning Tribunal at Wellington; and that, if any objection is made in accordance with this notice, a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.
