Cancellation of a Licence to Erect and Use Electric Lines

PURSUANT to the Electricity Act 1968, the Minister of Energy hereby cancels a licence dated the 3rd day of August 1960, authorising H. O. Drake Ltd., of Opotiki, to erect and use certain electric lines (Gazette, No. 47, 4 August 1960, p. 1043).

Cardinal McKeefry Primary School Attendance Dues Notice 1979

PURSUANT to section 36 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, the Minister of Education hereby gives the following notice approving the charging of attendance dues at Cardinal McKeefry Primary School, Wilton.

NOTICE

  1. This notice shall be cited as the Cardinal McKeefry Primary School Attendance Dues Notice 1979.

  2. The Proprietor of Cardinal McKeefry Primary School may enter into an agreement with the parents or other persons accepting responsibility for the education of a child at Cardinal McKeefry Primary School requiring them to pay attendance dues.

  3. The attendance dues in respect of Cardinal McKeefry Primary School shall be eighteen dollars ($18.00) per child per term.

PURSUANT to section 69 of the Education Act 1964, the Minister of Education gives the following notice.

NOTICE

  1. (a) This notice may be cited as the Christchurch Technical Institute change of name to Christchurch Polytechnic Notice 1979.

(b) This notice shall come into force on the first day of January 1980.

  1. The name of the Christchurch Technical Institute is hereby varied to Christchurch Polytechnic.
