Amending a Declaration Taking Land for the Grafton Gully-Beach Road Motorway in the City of Auckland

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the declaration dated the 9th day of April 1979 published in New Zealand Gazette, No. 43, 24 May 1979, at p. 1602, declaring land taken for the Grafton Gully-Beach Road Motorway in the City of Auckland, pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, by omitting the Schedule, and substituting the following Schedule.
