Leasehold Estate in Land Taken for the Purposes of a Road
in Block XI, Mangonui Survey District, Whangaroa
County

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by F. R. Hills Limited under and by virtue of renewable lease No. RL 2439, recorded in register book, Volume 846, folio 41, North Auckland Land Registry, is hereby taken for the purposes of a road, from and after the 6th day of September 1979.
