Land Proclaimed as Road, Road Closed and Vested, and Land Taken and Vested in Block II, Mangatoro Survey District and Block XIV, Takapau Survey District, Dannevirke County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Dannevirke County Council, hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto and hereby takes the land described in the Third Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29 and hereby declares that the road firstly described in the said Second Schedule hereto, when so taken, and the land described in the Third Schedule hereto, when so taken, shall vest in Bywell Station Limited, at Napier, subject to mortgage 275038, and hereby declares that the road secondly and thirdly described in the said Second Schedule hereto shall, when so closed, vest in Timothy Wyn Harris, of Hatuma, farmer, Patricia Dawn Wyn Harris, of Hatuma, married woman, and John Laurence Armstrong, of Waipukurau, solicitor, subject to mortgage 348127.5, and hereby declares that the road fourthly, fifthly, and sixthly described in the said Second Schedule hereto shall, when so closed, vest in Phillip Spencer Robinson, of Whetukura, farmer, and Karen Jill Robinson, his wife, as tenants in common in equal shares subject to mortgages 349810.3 and 349810.4.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims that the road described in the Schedule hereto is hereby closed and shall when so closed be incorporated in Crown renewable lease No. 1098, recorded in register book, Volume 81, folio 23, Nelson Land Registry, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Kevin Edward Bartlett, of Christchurch, electrician, subject to memoranda of mortgage No. 161806.3 and 161806.4, Nelson Land Registry.
