Leasehold Estate in Land Taken for the Purposes of a Road in Block XV and XVI, Maruia Survey District, Waima County

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate in the land described in the First Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Mervyn John Gallagher, of Murchison, farmer, and under by virtue of renewable Crown lease No. 1047 recorded in leasehold certificate of title, Volume 75, folio 55, Nelson Land Registry, is hereby taken for the purposes of a road and the leasehold estate in the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Mervyn Wayne Gallagher, of Murchison, farmer, under and by virtue of a Crown lease in perpetuity recorded in leasehold certificate of title, Volume 34, folio 279, Nelson Land Registry, is hereby taken for the purposes of a road, from and after the 23rd day of August 1979.

Declaring Leasehold Estate in Land Taken for the Purposes of a Road and Land Taken for Road in Buller County

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, sufficient agreements to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate in the land described in the First Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by William Terrence McLaughlin of Westport, farmer, and under by virtue of renewable lease No. E. 168, recorded in Volume 159, folio 52, Nelson Land Registry, is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and the land firstly and secondly described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and the land thirdly described in the Second Schedule hereto, held by Pakihi and Westport Holdings Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Christchurch, under and by virtue of deferred payment licence, Volume 2D, folio 556, Nelson Land Registry, is hereby taken for road, from and after the 23rd day of August 1979.
