Revocation of Appointment to Control and Manage a Reserve
and Appointment of the Bay of Islands Maritime and
Historic Park Board to Control and Manage a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, the Minister of Lands,
hereby revokes the appointment of the Whangaroa County
Council to control and manage the reserve for scenic pur-
poses, described in the Schedule hereto, and further appoints
the Bay of Islands Maritime and Historic Park Board to
control and manage the said reserve, subject to the provisions
of the said Act, as a reserve for scenic purposes.

Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Marlborough County
Council

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands, hereby
sets apart the land, described in the Schedule hereto, as a
reserve for local purpose (road), and further, pursuant to
the Reserves Act 1977, vests the said reserve in the Marl-
borough County Council in trust for that purpose.

MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT—MARLBOROUGH COUNTY

813 square metres, more or less, Lot 2, D.P. 4341, situated
in Block III, Linkwater Survey District. All Notice 82031

Notice Directing that the Barbadoes Street Cemetery be
Closed and the Control and Management Thereof Vested
in the Christchurch City Council

PURSUANT to section 41 of the Burial and Cremation Act
1964 the Minister of Health hereby directs:

  1. That the Barbadoes Street Cemetery being the land
    described in the Schedule hereto, shall be closed and burials
    therein discontinued from and including the 31st day of
    December 1979 in the Christchurch City Council.

CANTERBURY LAND REGISTRY—CITY OF CHRISTCHURCH

3.0703 hectares, more or less, being Reserves 42 and 43, and

County Council

PURSUANT to section 41 of the Burial and Cremation Act
1964, the Minister of Health hereby directs:

(1) That the Fairhall Diversion Cemetery, being the land
described in the Schedule hereto, shall be closed and
burials therein discontinued from and including the
31st day of January 1980 in the Marlborough County
Council.

ALL that piece of land situated in the Marlborough Land
Registry containing 4047 square metres, being part section 60
on Deposited Plan 27, and being all the land comprised and

Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, do hereby
abolish all existing polling places in the electoral district
of Christchurch Central, and hereby appoint the places mentioned
