Declaring Land Taken for Road and for the Use, Convenience, or Enjoyment of a Road in Block XL, Hokonui Survey District, Southland County

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto shall vest in the Southland County Council, from and after the 2nd day of August 1979.
