Appointment of Member to the Wairarapa Licensing Committee

His Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to appoint pursuant to section 32 of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962

Amending a Declaration Taking Land for the University of Otago in the City of Dunedin

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the declaration dated the 20th day of April 1979 and published in New Zealand Gazette, No. 49, 7 June 1979, p. 1753, declaring land taken for the University of Otago in the City of Dunedin by omitting the Schedule and substituting the following Schedule.
