Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a
sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into,

for Maori housing purposes, from and after the 2nd day
of August 1979.

a residence established under the Children and Young
Persons Act 1974, from and after the 2nd day of August

Declaring Land and a Drainage Easement Taken in Block
V, Karioi Survey District, Ohakune Borough

Pursuant to section 35 of the Finance Act (No. 2) 1945,
and section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister
of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient
agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land
described in the First Schedule hereto and the drainage
easement described in the Second Schedule hereto over the
land described in the Third Schedule, appurtenant to the
land described in the Fourth Schedule hereto, are hereby
taken for the proper development thereof in accordance
with the Ohakune Borough Council's operative district scheme
under the Town and Country Planning Act 1977, and shall
vest in the said Council, from and after the 2nd day of
August 1979.

FIRST SCHEDULE

Wellington Land District

All that piece of land containing 546 square metres, situated
in Block V, Karioi Survey District, being part Section 13,
Block XXII, Town of Ohakune, being part Proclamation
4477, marked "B" on plan S.O. 31870, lodged in the office
of the Chief Surveyor at Wellington.

SECOND SCHEDULE

Wellington Land District

The right to drain water in terms of paragraph 3 of the
Seventh Schedule to the Land Transfer Act 1952, together
with the additional rights attaching to easements of right
to drain water set out in paragraph 5 of the said Seventh
Schedule.
