Road Closed and Vested in Block IX, East Cape Survey District, Waiapu County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims that the road described in the Schedule hereto is hereby closed, and shall when so closed vest in Francis Lima Breaksea Howell (475,000 shares), and Stanley Ivess Strangeways Howell (464,250 shares), as tenants in common in the said shares.

Declaring Land Taken for Road and for the Use, Convenience, or Enjoyment of a Road in Block XV, Tangihua Survey District, Whangarei County

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road, and that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road, and shall vest in the Whangarei County Council, from and after the 26th day of July 1979.
