Land Proclaimed as Road and Land Taken in Block XV, Tangihua Survey District, Whangarei County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Whangarei County Council, and hereby takes the land described in the Second Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29, which land shall vest in the Whangarei County Council.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Waipukurau District Council, and hereby proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed and shall, when so closed, be incorporated in Crown lease No. L.S. 504, recorded in register book, Volume 107, folio 189, Hawke’s Bay Land Registry, held from Her Majesty the Queen, by Sidney Merton Thomsen, farmer, of Maharaeke, subject to mortgage 309540.4, lease 310678.1, and statutory land charge K213901, Hawke’s Bay Land Registry.
