PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Schedule hereto.

Road Closed and Vested in Block V, Oroua Survey District, Oroua County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Schedule hereto, and further declares that the road firstly described shall, when so closed, vest in Edmund John Hare, of Feilding, farmer, Adrian Edmnd Gordon Hare, of Woodville, farmer, Arthur Gray Duncan, chartered accountant, and Julian Albert Hare, farmer, both of Feilding, that the road secondly described shall, when so closed vest in Irvine Bruce Fraser, of Feilding, farmer, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 928542, and that the road thirdly described shall, when so closed, vest in Thomas Leonard Fraser, of Halcombe, farmer, subject to memoranda of mortgage No. 683563, 922537, 928542, and 076630.1, and statutory land charge No. 064555.1.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Upper Hutt City Council.
