Land Proclaimed as Road and Road Closed and Vested in Block IX, Omapere Survey District, Bay of Islands County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development, hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Bay of Islands County Council, and also proclaims as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, and that the road firstly described in the said Second Schedule shall, when so closed, vest in Ian Joseph Herbert, of Okaihau, farmer, subject to mortgage No. 315056.4, North Auckland Land Registry, and that the road secondly, thirdly, and fourthly described in the said Second Schedule shall, when so closed, vest in Leo John Flood, of Okaihau, farmer, subject to mortgage No. 365054.5, North Auckland Land Registry.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Franklin County Council, and also proclaims as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto and shall when so closed vest in Roy Moray Norton, of Kaiua, farmer, and also proclaims as closed the road described in the Third Schedule hereto and shall when so closed vest in Parry Brothers Limited.
