PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the fencing covenant contained in transfer 325630.1, for Maori housing purposes, from and after the 26th day of July 1979.

Declaring Land Taken for Road and a Scheme of Development Being a Work of Both Local and National Importance Pursuant to an Agreement made Under Section 31 of the Finance Act (No. 3) 1944 in the Borough of Cromwell

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road, and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a scheme of development, being a work of both local and national importance pursuant to an agreement made under section 31 of the Finance Act (No. 3) 1944, the land in the First and Second Schedules shall vest in the Cromwell Borough Council, from and after the 26th day of July 1979.
