Declaring Land Taken for a Service Lane in the Borough of Morrinsville

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a service lane and shall vest in the Morrinsville Borough Council, from and after the 19th day of July 1979.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Schedule hereto, and hereby declares that the road first described in the Schedule shall when so closed, vest in Europa Oil (NZ) Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Wellington and also declares the road secondly described in the said Schedule shall when so closed vest in Europa Oil (NZ) Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Wellington, subject to mortgages No. 310344.2 and No. 264497, Wellington Land Registry and subject to the fencing covenant contained in transfer A049194.
