Land Proclaimed as Road and Road Closed and Vested in Block X, Mangahao Survey District, Pahiatua County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Pahiatua County Council, and hereby proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed and that the road secondly described in the said Second Schedule shall, when so closed, vest in Hesper Godrey Herbert Hughes, of Nikau, farmer, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 056010.4, Wellington Land Registry.

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and shall vest in the Manawatu County Council, from and after the 19th day of July 1979.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Hurunui County Council; hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29; and also hereby declares that the road firstly described in the Second Schedule hereto and the land firstly described in the Third Schedule hereto shall when so closed and taken vest in Keith William Stackhouse, of Omih, farmer (as to a three-quarter share), and Pync, Gould, Guinness Ltd., at Christchurch, and Frances Eleanor Stack-
