Amending a Declaration Declaring Land Taken for Road and the Use, Convenience, or Enjoyment of a Road in Block III, Clyde Survey District, Wairoa County

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the declaration dated the 18th day of September 1978 published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 86, 12 October 1978, at p. 2765, declaring land taken for road, and the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road in Block III, Clyde Survey District, Wairoa County, pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, by omitting the First Schedule and substituting the following.

FIRST SCHEDULE
HAWKE’S BAY LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land situated in Block III, Clyde Survey District, described as follows:

Notice of Intention to Take Land in Block II, Waiaua Survey District, Opotiki County, for Road

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take for road the land described in the Schedule hereto such land to be used for the realignment of State Highway 35; and notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the post office at Opotiki and is there open for inspection; that all persons directly affected by the taking of the said land, should, if they have any objection to the taking of the said land, not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation, make a written objection and send it within 40 days after the first publication of this notice, to the Planning Tribunal at Wellington; and that, if any objection is made in accordance with this notice, a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

Declaring Road in Block XVI, Cambridge Survey District, Matamata County, to be a Government Road and to be Stopped

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby

(a) Declares the piece of road described in the Schedule hereto to be a Government road, and

(b) Stops the said road.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of road containing 4464 square metres, adjoining or passing through Section 145, Block XVI, Cambridge Survey District, Lot 2, D.P. S. 1896, and part Lot VI, D.P. 3300, situated in Block XVI, Cambridge Survey District; as shown on plan S.O. 47880, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton, and thereon marked “3A”.
