Declaring Land Taken for State Housing Purposes in the Borough of Mount Maunganui

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes, from and after the 19th day of July 1979.

ALL that piece of land containing 660 square metres, situated in the Borough of Mount Maunganui, being Lot 74, D.P. S. 17009, and being part Papamoa 2 Section, 11A2B1 Block. All certificate of title No. 15B/489.

Land Proclaimed as Road and Road Closed in Block V, Opoe Survey District and Block IV, Rangauu Survey District, Mangonui County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Mangonui County Council, and also proclaims as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, and declares that the closed road shall be dealt with as Crown land under the Land Act 1948.
