PURSUANT to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori Land Board hereby gives notice as follows.
NOTICE

This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Whangarei 1979, No. 23.

The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby amended by omitting all reference to the lands described in the Second Schedule hereto.

Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at Licensed Premises—Hurunui Licensing Committee
PURSUANT to section 221A of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962 as amended by section 22 (14) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, John Fraser Robertson, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Hurunui Licensing Committee on 6 June 1979 made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the licensed premises known as the Greta Valley Tavern, Greta Valley.
To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public, the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:
(a) On any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 10 o’clock in the evening.
(b) On any Friday, Saturday (not being New Year’s Eve), and Christmas Eve—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 11 o’clock in the evening.
(c) On New Year’s Eve—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 00.30 o’clock in the morning of New Year’s Day.

PURSUANT to section 221A of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962 as amended by section 22 (14) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, John Fraser Robertson, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Bay of Plenty Licensing Committee on 15 June 1979 made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the licensed premises known as the De Brett Thermal Hotel, Taupo.
To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public, the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:
(a) On any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday—opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 10 o’clock in the evening.
(b) On any Friday and Saturday—opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 11 o’clock in the evening.
(c) On New Year’s Eve—opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 00.30 o’clock in the morning of New Year’s Day.
(d) Adequate food, tea, and coffee must be provided.
