Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from
the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown
Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for local
purpose (site for a rifle range) over the land, described in
the Schedule hereto.

Change of the Name of Part of the Catlins River Scenic
Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from
the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Director of
National Parks and Reserves of the Department of Lands
and Survey hereby declares that that part of the reserve for
scenic purposes, described in the Schedule hereto, shall here-
after be known as the Catlins Lake Scenic Reserve.
