Land Proclaimed as Road and Road Closed and Vested in Block IV, Kawakawa Survey District, Bay of Islands County
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which road shall vest in the Bay of Islands County Council, and also proclaims as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, which road shall, when so closed, vest in Malcolm Dunnett Sinclair of Paihia, motcl proprietor, and Mary Iona Sinclair, his wife, subject to mortgages numbers 168036.3 and 168036.4, North Auckland Land Registry.
FIRST SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
Land Proclaimed as Road
ALL that piece of land situated in Block IV, Kawakawa Survey District, containing 5 square metres, being part Lot 13 of Block II, D.P. 1217; marked “A” on plan.
SECOND SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
Road Closed and Vested
ALL that piece of road situated in Block IV, Kawakawa Survey District, containing 5 square metres, adjoining or passing through part Lot 13 of Block II, D.P. 1217; marked “B” on plan.
As shown on plan S.O. 53485, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland, and thereon marked as above-mentioned.

Road Closed and Added to the Adjoining School Site in Block VIII, Rangitaki Upper Survey District, Whakatane District
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims that the road described in the Schedule hereto is hereby closed and added to the adjoining land held for a public school by Proclamation S.289657, South Auckland Land Registry (New Zealand Gazette, 1964, p. 1115).

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Waipawa District Council, and also hereby proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed, and shall when so closed vest in Tunabrook Limited, at Waipawa, subject to Lease 306934.1, and Mortgages 228311 and 247265, Hawke’s Bay Land Registry.

Road Closed and Vested in Block V, Weber Survey District, Dannevirke County
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims that the road described in the First and Second Schedules hereto is hereby closed, and that the road firstly described in the said First Schedule hereto, and the road secondly described in the said Second Schedule hereto, when so closed, shall vest in Roy James Harold of Auckland, hairdresser, and that the road secondly described in the said Second Schedule hereto, when so closed, shall vest in George Septimus Halcs of Weber, farmer.
