Land Proclaimed as Road and Road Closed and Vested in Block IX, Waitapu Survey District, Golden Bay County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Golden Bay County Council, and also hereby proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed, and when closed, shall vest in Ian William Burrell of Takaka, farmer (as to a ⅔ share), and Christine June Burrell, his wife (as to ⅓ share), subject to No. 158437, Notice of Statutory Land Charge under the Statutory Land Charges Registration Act 1928 (Rural Housing Act), and subject to Mortgages No. 167250.2 and 167836.1.

NELSON LAND DISTRICT
Land Proclaimed as Road

ALL that piece of land containing 1565 square metres, situated in Block IX, Waitapu Survey District, and being part Section 94, Square 11; as shown on plan S.O. 12197, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Nelson, and thereon marked “A”.

SECOND SCHEDULE
NELSON LAND DISTRICT
Road Closed and Vested

ALL that piece of road containing 1240 square metres, situated in Block IX, Waitapu Survey District, adjoining or passing through part Section 94, Square 11; as shown on plan S.O. 12197, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Nelson, and thereon marked “B”.

Declaring Land Taken for the Onehunga-Manurewa via Mangere Motorway in the Borough of Onehunga

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the Onehunga-Manurewa via Mangere Motorway, from and after the 21st day of June 1979.

Declaring Land Taken for Road in Block XVI, Waimata Survey District, Cook County

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road, and shall vest in the Cook County Council, from and after the 21st day of June 1979.
