Secondly, commencing at the intersection of the north-western side of Kings Road and the south-eastern side of the Tuatapere Branch Railway, and proceeding north-easterly along the south-eastern side of the said railway to its intersection with the north-western side of a public road passing through part Section 31, Block I, Longwood Survey District; thence north-easterly along a right line crossing the said public road to the northern boundary of the said part Section 31; thence north-easterly generally along the north-western boundary of the said part Section 31 and along the generally western boundaries of part Section 12, Block III, Longwood Survey District, to the south-eastern side of a public road passing through the said part Section 12; thence south-easterly generally along the south-eastern side of the said public road and along the generally south-western side of another public road intersecting the said part Section 12, to the westernmost corner of Section 11, Block III, aforesaid; thence south-westerly generally along the south-western boundary of the said Section 11, along the north-western and western boundaries of Section 8, Block III, aforesaid; the south-eastern and south-western boundaries of Section 114, Block II, Longwood Survey District, and along the southern boundary of Section 93, Block II, aforesaid, to Kings Road; thence north-easterly generally along the north-eastern, south-eastern, and again north-eastern sides of Kings Road to the south-eastern boundary of Section 2, Block I, aforesaid; thence south-westerly along the south-eastern boundary of the said Section 2 to the southernmost corner thereof; thence south-westerly generally along the south-western, north-western, again south-western and again north-western sides of Kings Road to the point of commencement. As shown on the plan marked I.A. 52/520 deposited in the Head Office, Department of Internal Affairs, Wellington, and thereon edged red.

His EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

Pursuant to section 4 of the Disabled Persons Employment Promotion Act 1960, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

ORDER

  1. Title—This order may be cited as the New Zealand Society for the Intellectually Handicapped (Incorporated), South Auckland Branch Order 1979.

  2. Exemption—The New Zealand Society for the Intellectually Handicapped (Incorporated), South Auckland Branch, an organisation approved by the Minister of Labour under section 3 of the Disabled Persons Employment Promotion Act 1960, is hereby granted exemption, in respect of its sheltered workshop at 25 Te Kanawa Street, Otorohanga, from—

(a) All the provisions of every award and agreement that would otherwise apply to persons employed in that workshop; and

(b) The Annual Holidays Act 1944, the Minimum Wage Act 1945, and section 34 of the Factories Act 1946.

  1. Title—This order may be cited as the Equality (B.O.P.) Incorporated Order 1979.

  2. Exemption—Equality (B.O.P.) Incorporated, an organisation approved by the Minister of Labour under section 3 of the Disabled Persons Employment Promotion Act 1960, is hereby granted exemption, in respect of its sheltered workshop at 38 Mirriees Road, Sulphur Point, Tauranga, from—

(a) All the provisions of every award and agreement that would otherwise apply to persons employed in that workshop; and

(b) The Annual Holidays Act 1944, the Minimum Wage Act 1945, and sections 34 and 37 of the Factories Act 1946.
