Land Taken for Housing Purposes in the City of Napier

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes and shall vest in the Napier City Council as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day of June 1979.

SCHEDULE

HAWKE’S BAY LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land situated in Block VIII, Heretaunga Survey District, containing 6855 square metres, being part Suburban Section 35, Meeanec; as shown on plan S.O. 7094, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Napier, and thereon marked ‘A’.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 13th day of June 1979.

State Forest Land Set Apart as State Forest Park for Addition to Mount Richmond State Forest Park

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 63B (1) of the Forests Act 1949, (as substituted by section 19 of the Forest Amendment Act 1976) I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the State forest land described in the Schedule hereto as State forest park which shall hereby form part of the Mount Richmond State Forest Park.

MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT—NELSON CONSERVANCY—
MARLBOROUGH COUNTY

RUN 141, Block X, Onamalutu Survey District: area, 799.2541 hectares, more or less (S.O. Plan 1325).

As shown on plan S. 21/8, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington.

Revoking a Proclamation Declaring an Area in the Southland Acclimatisation District, Southland Land District, to be a Wildlife Refuge

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 14 of the Wildlife Act 1953, I, the Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 24th day of May 1962*, declaring an area in the Southland Acclimatisation District, Southland Land District, to be a Wildlife Refuge for the purposes of the Wildlife Act 1953, in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

ALL that area bounded as follows: Firstly, commencing at the westernmost corner of part Section 32, Block I, Longwood Survey District, and proceeding thence easterly generally along the generally northern boundaries of the said Section 32, to the north-western side of the Tuatapere Branch Railway; thence south-westerly along the north-western side of the said railway, and the north-eastern side of Kings Road to the north-eastern side of No. 99 State Highway; thence north-westerly along the north-eastern side of the said State highway to the point of commencement.
