the City of Wanganui and Revoking Previous Declaration
as to Part

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of
Works and Development hereby revokes the declaration dated
the 12th day of November 1974, and published in New
Zealand Gazette, No. 114, 21 November 1974, p. 2646,
declaring additional land taken for a secondary school in the
City of Wanganui; and, pursuant to section 32 of the said Act, declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect
having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken, subject to memorandum of lease No.
27321, held from the Whanganui College Board of Trustees,
by John Lockier Lane, formerly of Kai Iwi, farmer, but now
of Wanganui, retired farmer, for a secondary school, as from
the 24th day of May 1979.
