NOTICE is hereby given by direction of the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries that pursuant to section 37 of the Milk Act 1967, His Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to reappoint
Robert Colville Bradshaw
to be a member and chairman of the Milk Prices Authority for a further term of 3 years from 1 September 1977.

Cancellation of Appointment of a Member, and Appointment of a Member and Deputy Member of the Marine Council
PURSUANT to section 15A of the Shipping and Seamen Act 1952, I, Colin Campbell Alexander McLachlan, Minister of Transport, hereby
(1) Cancel the appointment of Arthur John Schofield as a member of the Marine Council;
(2) Cancel the appointment of Bernard Francis Scully as deputy member and appoint him a member; and
(3) Appoint Ernest John Knox a deputy member of the Marine Council.

Declaring Land Taken for Recreation Grounds in Waimairi County
PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for recreation grounds and shall vest in the Waimairi County Council, from and after the 24th day of May 1979.
